Terms and Conditions – Shikaa Online Shopping App

Shikaa एक ऑनलाइन शॉपिंग प्लेटफ़ॉर्म है, जहाँ ग्राहक पूरे भारत में विभिन्न प्रोडक्ट्स खरीद सकते हैं। उपयोगकर्ता की आयु कम से कम 18 वर्ष होनी चाहिए या फिर अभिभावक की निगरानी में प्लेटफ़ॉर्म का उपयोग करना चाहिए। रजिस्ट्रेशन या ऑर्डर के समय दी गई जानकारी सही और पूर्ण होनी चाहिए।

अपने अकाउंट की सुरक्षा और लॉगिन डिटेल्स की ज़िम्मेदारी उपयोगकर्ता की होगी। अकाउंट से की गई सभी गतिविधियाँ उपयोगकर्ता की मानी जाएँगी। किसी भी नियम उल्लंघन या संदिग्ध गतिविधि की स्थिति में Shikaa अकाउंट निलंबित या बंद कर सकता है।

Shikaa प्रोडक्ट की जानकारी, इमेज और कीमत सही रखने का पूरा प्रयास करता है। किसी तकनीकी या मानवीय त्रुटि की स्थिति में ऑर्डर को रद्द या संशोधित करने का अधिकार Shikaa के पास सुरक्षित है। कीमतों में बदलाव बिना पूर्व सूचना के किया जा सकता है।

सभी ऑर्डर प्रोडक्ट की उपलब्धता पर निर्भर करते हैं। भुगतान केवल उपलब्ध सुरक्षित भुगतान माध्यमों से ही किया जाएगा। Shikaa किसी भी प्रकार की कार्ड या भुगतान जानकारी संग्रहित नहीं करता।

डिलीवरी समय स्थान, प्रोडक्ट और बाहरी परिस्थितियों के अनुसार बदल सकता है। लॉजिस्टिक पार्टनर या किसी अप्रत्याशित कारण से हुई देरी के लिए Shikaa उत्तरदायी नहीं होगा।

रिटर्न, रिफंड और कैंसलेशन की शर्तें प्रोडक्ट और कैटेगरी के अनुसार अलग हो सकती हैं। रिटर्न किया गया प्रोडक्ट मूल पैकेजिंग और स्थिति में होना चाहिए। स्वीकृत रिफंड तय समय सीमा में मूल भुगतान माध्यम पर किया जाएगा।

Shikaa प्लेटफ़ॉर्म पर उपलब्ध सभी कंटेंट जैसे नाम, लोगो, टेक्स्ट, इमेज और डिज़ाइन कंपनी की बौद्धिक संपत्ति हैं। बिना अनुमति इनके उपयोग की अनुमति नहीं है।

उपयोगकर्ता किसी भी गैरकानूनी, गलत, भ्रामक या धोखाधड़ी गतिविधि में शामिल नहीं होगा और न ही प्लेटफ़ॉर्म को नुकसान पहुँचाने का प्रयास करेगा।

Shikaa किसी भी अप्रत्यक्ष या आकस्मिक नुकसान के लिए उत्तरदायी नहीं होगा जो प्लेटफ़ॉर्म के उपयोग या खरीदे गए प्रोडक्ट्स से उत्पन्न हो।

Shikaa किसी भी समय इन नियमों और शर्तों में बदलाव करने का अधिकार रखता है। प्लेटफ़ॉर्म का उपयोग जारी रखना बदली हुई शर्तों की स्वीकृति मानी जाएगी।
